What happened to PodPass? Can I still use my PodPass subscription?

PodPass is now GO Pass. Members still get the same savings, but we’ve added additional value by letting you use your membership any day of the week. And we’ve simplified the program by offering 2 membership options: annual and monthly.

If you are enrolled in a 12 Month Anytime pass, you can keep using your current subscription until it expires. Your subscription will autorenew with the same benefits and the same price.

If you are subscribed in any Midweek, 3 month, or 6 month pass you can keep using your current subscription until it expires. To continue after your subscription ends, you’ll need to re-enroll in GOPass and choose either the annual or monthly membership.

What is GO Pass?

With GO Pass, you get free pickup with every order, and free delivery for orders over $100. For delivery orders totaling less than $100, you get a $6.95 delivery credit. Current GO Pass members will receive an additional $3.00 credit for orders between $100.00 AND $199.99 to offset the $9.95 delivery fee through current GO Pass membership. This change will be in effect until the expiration of your current GO Pass membership, or in the event that Stop & Shop Delivery prices change prior to the expiration of your current GO Pass membership.

How do I know my pickup/delivery discount has been applied?

After you select a time slot, look for your discount noted in the pricing breakdown in your cart and during checkout. The discount will not appear until you select a time slot.

Why wasn't my delivery free?

With GO Pass, you get free delivery for orders over $100. For delivery orders totaling less than $100, you get a $6.95 delivery credit, so it is possible that you may need to cover the rest of the delivery fee, depending on the time slot. Current GO Pass members will receive an additional $3.00 credit for orders between $100.00 AND $199.99 to offset the $9.95 delivery fee through current GO Pass membership. This change will be in effect until the expiration of your current GO Pass membership, or in the event that Stop & Shop Delivery prices change prior to the expiration of your current GO Pass membership.

How do I change or cancel my membership?

Go to the GO Pass section of My Account, where you can easily change your membership plan or cancel your next renewal. Plan changes and cancellations will take effect after the current membership expires.

Can I buy a GO Pass for another person?

GO Pass is tied to the account you use to purchase the membership, and you cannot purchase a GO Pass for another account. This means that any delivery orders you place with your GO Pass will go to the delivery address currently listed under My Account preferences. Similarly, all GO Pass purchases and renewals will be charged to the billing information listed in My Account preferences.
