If we are unable to leave your order, or must make multiple delivery attempts, you will be charged a fee. See Service Fees & Tipping. Please secure your pets prior to your driver's arrival. To ensure the freshness of your products, your order may be packed with dry ice. Do not touch dry ice with your bare hands. Simply allow the dry ice to evaporate.
